– Having a wide connection to key stakeholders in education, proven by track record or database of stakeholders such as diknas, pemprov, headmasters, teachers, and etc.
– Having excellent communication and public speaking skills as you’ll represent Pahamify in many public occasions and building connections with key stakeholders.
– Demonstrate high critical thinking with strategic approach as you’ll take in charge for the framework of field sales
– Detail oriented with excellent operational execution as you’ll independently execute the strategic plan for field sales.
– Fast and independent learner as you’ll experience a steep learning curve in Pahamify.
– Result oriented and having the GRIT to achieve target sales.
– Salary + compensation based on sales (Take home pay up to 12 million)*
