PT Platinum Jaya Logistic (PJL) bergerak di bidang Jasa Pengurusan Transportasi atau biasa dikenal sebagai Perusahaan Freight Forwarding. PJL memiliki lingkup pelayanan yaitu Ocean Freight, Air, Freight, Custom Clearance, Trucking, Packing, dan Warehousing/Relocation.
PT Platinum Jaya Logistic sedang mengembangkan bisnisnya saat ini membuka banyak kuota untuk mengisi jabatan Sales Support di Head Office yang berlokasi di Mega Office Park Blok OP 5 No.9 Kota Harapan Indah, Medan Satria – Kota Bekasi.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

Scope & Job Responsibilities/Duties Include:
1. Processing/Qualifying Sales Leads:
-Identifying New Prospects Through Tele-Sales
-Data Cleansing And Validate Information Before Formalizing The Sales Lead
-Assigning The Lead To The Correct Sales Channel And Follow Up For Results
2. Preparing And Responding To Rate Inquiries (Rfq/Tenders/Bids)
3. Scheduling/Assigning Sales Appointments
4. Managing The Correspondence Between The Sales Team And The Clients
5. Actively Involving In Building New And Existing Customers Relationships
6. Supporting New Client On Boarding And Activation
7. Assisting And Monitoring Operations Flow Of Customers Assigned
8. Monitoring Sales & Sales Support Kpi’s/Target And Producing Reports
9. Updating Sales Related Activities To The Sales
10. Executing Any Other Tasks Periodically Assigned By Head Of Sales

Syarat Pengalaman :
EXPERIENCE IN RELATED FIELD – AT LEAST 1 YEARS
Keahlian :

1. Experience In Related Field – At Least 1 Years
2. Computer Literacy – Mandatory
3. Fluency In Languages – English Is Mandatory (Written & Spoken), Any Other Languages Is An Added Qualification

Kualifikasi :

1. Education Minimum Bachelor Degree
2. Experience In Related Field – At Least 1 Years
3. Computer Literacy – Mandatory
4. Fluency In Languages – English Is Mandatory (Written & Spoken), Any Other Languages Is An Added Qualification
5. Result Oriented, Process Driven, Self Dicioline, Well Groomed, Etc
6. Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
7. Any Other Technical Competencies Required To Perform In The Given Role

Work Details
1. Work Hours: 08.30 Am – 17.30 Pm, Monday To Friday
