Untuk saat ini PT. Tumbakmas Niagasakti sebagai distributor bahan/produk Consumer Goods yang bekerja sama dengan PT. Sasa Inti (Sasa Brand), PT. Hisamitsu Pharma Indonesia (Salonpas), PT. Megmilk Snow Brand Indonesia (MegCheddar).

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

– Mencapai Sales Target by Area

– Mencapai Sales Growth by Area

– Memastikan tertagihnya A/R sesuai Company Policy

– Meminimalkan bad stock ratio

– Memastikan pelaksanaan program promosi yang AP nya sudah disetujui principal

– Memastikan pelaksanaan project sales yang sudah disetujui HO (Head Office)

– Memastikan program pelatihan keterampilan sales secara berkala di Area

– Bertanggung jawab terhadap Sales Proses dan pencapaian Sales Target, Sales Growth, A/R, Distribusi, Display dan Depth of Stock per FSS

Syarat Pengalaman :
Pengalaman min. 1 tahun bidang Sales Consumer Goods
Keahlian :

– Mengetahui Proses Distribusi (AO, EC, CB, dan lainnya)

– Pengetahuan Remapping Area Distribusi

– Memiliki Kemampuan Negosiasi yang Baik

– Mengolah report data – presentasi (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel)

Kualifikasi :

Pria max. 37 Tahun
