We are looking for an organized Sales to assist in the advertising and selling of our company’s products and to create competitive advantages for our company.
The Sales’s responsibilities include generating unique sales plans, creating engaging advertisements, emails, and promotional literature, developing pricing strategies, and meeting marketing.
The Sales represents the company’s brand and drives strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.
To be a successful Sales, you should have strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. You should also possess an in-depth knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
1. Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
2. Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
3. Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals.
4. Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
5. Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
6. Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
Syarat Pengalaman :
Microsoft Office (Office, Excel, PowerPoint), good communication and negotiation skill.
1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communication or related field.
2. 2+ years experience with marketing, sales, or advertising.
3. Hands-on experience developing campaigns and promotions.
4. Proven success in a fast-paced environment, working with a team and individually.
5. Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
6. Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
7. The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures
8. Exceptional oral and written communication skill, and presentation ability.
9. Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multi tasking and organizational ability.
10. Time management skills and ability to self-motivate.
