A role that offers room for growth undertaking sales and operations for a new venue opening in South Bali.
Show the site to potential clients, agents and media.
Assisting with correspondence to clients
Assisting to close sales
Daily social media posts
Printing of collaterals
Translation to Indonesian where needed.
Make sure staff are on time.
Welcome wedding planners and make sure they have what they need.
Make sure daily schedules are taken care of
Working with maintenance, housekeeping and gardeners to ensure suppliers are booked and don’t interfere with events.
Work with accounts on guest bills
Small event planning- Ability to co-ordinate supplier for small events up to 30 people.
Applicants from outside Bali are welcome to apply but transportation and accommodation for interviews conducted in Bali at your own cost
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
Daily Tasks will include but will not be limited to:
Checking cleanliness of property from gardens, pool, staff uniforms, rooms and BOH
Checking daily schedule and ensuring all staff know what is happening.
Checking all products in guest suites and guest toilets are full.
Ensuring all staff look presentable
Checking there are cold towels for guests along with water.
Weekly Tasks will include but will not be limited to:
Operations report to management.
Directly Reports to management.
Direct reports: Head of House Keeping, Head of Maintenance, Head of Garden, head of security
Syarat Pengalaman :
Fluent in Bahasa and English
Worked in hospitality or management.
Excellent Time management skills
Ability to manage staff
It would be beneficial but not required to speak Chinese.
