The Sales Executive reports to the Sales Assistant Manager / Division Sales Manager and is responsible to assist the respective sales team in achieving sales targets continuously through proactive client visits, developing and maintaining relationships with new/existing corporate accounts and staying updated on latest market trends.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
1. Proactively grow existing customers as well as to develop new sales opportunities.
2. Meet profitability and growth targets of accounts assigned.
3. Prepare weekly client visit reports.
4. Develop sales proposals, marketing plans and analyze market potential, market share and activities of competitors to provide feedback and suggest lines of action.
5. Accountable for all sales activities on company’s products and services.

Skills and Abilities
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with ability to develop good relationships across all levels
• Meticulous and independent individual, with sense of initiative and able to work under minimal supervision
• Good time management, analytical and organization skills
• Ability to understand technical drawings
• Female 24-30 years
• Educational Qualifications and Experience
• Diploma recognized in the field of Sales / Marketing or Engineering or equivalent
• 3 to 4 years relevant work experience in a similar industry
• Preferably with an Engineering background
• Have knowledge of marine-related industries with relevant contacts in the industry
