About the Position:

This is a revenue-focused role reporting directly to the Head of Sales, that will play a continued role in the growth of Helpster’s business in Indonesia. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for hunting leads, organising sales visits, using consultative question based approach to present our solution based on our customers problems, and generally establishing new business opportunities to align with the company’s marketing initiatives. This position will work closely with the Account Managers and the other members of the Sales team to ensure clients are satisfied and in turn, achieving your revenue targets as per expected.

Key Responsibilities:
– Responsible for achieving your share of the company revenue targets, the right way that doesn’t leave a mess behind
– Focus on closing enterprise and premium clients with higher volume deals
– Maintain strong pipeline of enterprise prospects
– Targeting new opportunities, prospecting new clients & business owners and converting them into new business
– Presenting report to record revenue and customer relationship progress
– Managing relevant stakeholders to ensure that your clients’ demands are clearly translated within the other client-facing teams in the company

Syarat Pengalaman :
Minimal 3 tahun di bidang Sales
Keahlian :

Key Requirements:
– Proven track record doing solution or consultative sales, preferably with HR services solutions industry
– Strong business sense and understanding of the market, customers, competitors
– Possess capability to build and maintain professional relationship with your potential clients
– Excel in strategic selling, with killer presentation and negotiation skill
– Target driven, resilient, with a strong work ethic
– Fantastic written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa, English proficiency is a plus

Kualifikasi :

Qualifications:
– Candidates must possess at least a bachelor’s degree
– Within 3-5 years’ experience in Sales / Business Development, ideally in a startup, agency, and/or outsource company environment
