ABOUT THE POSITION
This is a revenue-focused role reporting directly to the Head of Sales, that will play a continued role in the growth of Helpster’s business in Indonesia. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for hunting leads, organizing sales visits, demonstrating/presenting products to customers, and generally establishing new business opportunities to align with the company’s marketing initiatives. This position is responsible for being the primary relationship manager and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

● Responsible for achieving monthly and yearly company revenue targets

● Provide report to record revenue and customer relationship progress.

● Obtain solution for customer requirement or issue new product enhancement in order to upgrade service standard and to maximize customer satisfaction

● Focus on closing enterprise and premium clients with higher volume deals

● Maintain strong pipeline of enterprise prospects

● Identifying new opportunities, prospecting new clients & business owner and turning into new business

● Work with relevant stakeholders to ensure sales strategies activities are aligned with company strategy & objectives

● Acquire and develop sales opportunities through a combination of channels, including but not limited to, referrals, networking, cold calls, and face-to-face meetings

● Coordinating with internal team and translating the demand form what clients want

● Candidates must possess at least a bachelor’s degree

● 3-5 years’ experience in Marketing / Sales, ideally in a startup, agency, and/or outsource company environment
