PT JC UTAMA TEHNIK INDONESIA, cabang Prinsipal di Indonesia untuk produk pembersih, perawatan automotive, rumah tangga, pelumas, kimia industri, membutuhkan : SALES MANAGER untuk cabang SUMATERA UTARA, yang akan ditempatkan di kota Medan

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

– Leading and motivating the sales team to achieve sales target
– Target oriented, conducting market research and survey to develop sales program and strategy
– Responsible for the detail market information such as : pricing and promotion program from competitor, trend and market condition, sales growth, customer’s requirements, and business opportunities.
– Conducts assessments of the products, market and competitive activity and recommends for the marketing/promotional plans
– Developing STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE (SOP) for sales team and incentive program and monitoring the implementation
– Developing customer data base and key account management system to give the best service to all customers and maintaining good relationship
– Make a new innovation to achieve the company’s target and reduces unnecessary costs
– Make regular reports to the leader

Syarat Pengalaman :
At least 3 years in consecutive working experience as a leader for retail automotive & homecare markets and modern markets, such as : Chain Super Market, Material Bangunan, Tk Oli, Bengkel, Car wash, Body Repair Autoshop, and ATPM.
Keahlian :

– Fluent in English and excellent Computer literate ( MS Office Program such as Word, Excel, Power Point)
– Having a good interpersonal approach with excellent communication skill
– Able to act as an organiser and leader for significant sales growth
– Good analytical thinking (qualitative & quantitative) and having strong numerical analyst and in decision making
– Execution mind set with good planning
– Critical thinking and result oriented
– Strong leadership and capable to work in team
– Hardworker, creative, proactive and full of initiative

Kualifikasi :

– Male/Female, max 40 years old
– At least 3 years in consecutive working experience as a leader for retail automotive & homecare markets and modern markets, such as : Chain Super Market, Material Bangunan, Tk Oli, Bengkel, Car wash, Body Repair Autoshop, and ATPM.
– Bachelor or master degree in Technical / Management / Economics / Pharmacy (science major at high school) from reputable university;
