We are looking for a highly motivated Hospitality Sales Managers to join our team in Bali!

Operations
• Move a successful business partnership forward, maintaining excellent relationships and striving for world-class status in all areas of operations
• Oversee and ensure that world-class service is in place to all customers and clients in all areas of the business
• Ensure all services are ready for operation at the specific time, to the standard laid down in the service level agreement and to ensure the company’s contractual obligations are met in full
• Ensure all operational activities are undertaken in line with strict cost center and budgetary constraints making savings where possible but without detracting from the service offered
• Monitor on a daily basis the standards achieved in each area and take corrective action where required.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

• Responsible for sales and business development to increase market share in their respective assigned areas reporting to the Head of Sales / CEO;
• Liaise with customers and the client, leading negotiations pertinent to the business and close deal ASAP according to the local sales strategy and proactively work on contract renewals;
• Record all sales activities, contacts, and results in CRM
• Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion;
• Spend 70% of the time on the field to join business meetings with prospective clients;
• Other duties as assigned to ensure the business is successful;

Syarat Pengalaman :
• Min 3-year experience in a demanding
Keahlian :

• Fast-paced hospitality environment and in a Sales Management position
• Must speak and write in Bahasa and English fluently
• Required to regularly travel domestically frequently.
• Must be smartphone and internet savvy
• Unparalleled ability to build relationships (and understand the success of this role is dependent on successful client relationships)
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
