Contribute to the Service Design & Delivery Framework by creating research and delivery approaches that enable us to deliver to our customers, effectively & efficiently
Champion customer research and spread design-thinking methodology across the organization
Plan, create and run design based workshops with customers and stakeholders
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
Develop research hypotheses, project plans, recruitment specs, interviews guides, etc.
Triangulate data and share cross functional insights
Organise and facilitate usability testing (formative and summative), customer interviews and design workshops (customer and stakeholder)
Syarat Pengalaman :
Good analytical and critical thinking
Strong presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design decisions to stakeholders
Exceptional cognitive, written and verbal skills and relationship management expertise
S1/S2/S3 All major, exclusively those who is experienced in User Experience with minimum of 6 months (fresh graduate welcome to apply).
Have knowledge in User Experience and Research methods
Passion to work in fast paced new team environment and help establish design research methods
