PT Sarana Solusindo Informatika merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang IT Solutions, diantaranya yaitu Training Center, Software license, CAD Technology & Services.

Saat ini kami sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk posisi :
1. Sales Manager
2. Account Manager
3. Product Marketing
4. System Engineer/ IT Support

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

Responsibilities :
– Building team to achieve sales target and operation target, and making improvement in delivering the targets.
– Manage an account managers team,. Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high level of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in pipeline and the sales organization’s planning efforts.
– Conducts one-on-one review with all account managers to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvment of Account Manager and activity performance.
– Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
– Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
– Implement operation policies, procedures an other aspect of operation.
– Responsible for reporting to Senior Sales Manager.

Syarat Pengalaman :
Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun menjadi sales di bidang IT
Keahlian :

Attractive appearance
• 0 – 2 years working experience as sales
• Independent and target oriented
• Good communication skill
• Computer literate
• Have experience in IT field is an advantage
• Good command in English (oral & written), is an advantage

Kualifikasi :

Requirements :
– Maximun 45 years old.
– Must have minimum 3 years experience managing sales team in IT Industry (Software or Hardware)
– Ability to communicate well in english (Writen and spoken)
– Having high competence in achieving sales target and build strong sales team and networking
– Proven negotiation, presentation skill, strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving and strong analytical skills.
– Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.
– Strong experience in developing opportunities, following leads, prospecting and producing sales.
