Key tasks and main role is to be a sales person performing all sales and promoting property’s brands to market.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

– Perform intensive marketing research to identify potential new market and opportunities
– Build strong network to ensure sales performance and achieve sales target defined by the Company
– Participate in marketing-related events and others activities to maximize sales opportunities
– Assisting Sales Manager in all aspects of their daily interactions with clients, including greeting potential buyers, scheduling appointments as directed, and maintaining inventory of site administration forms

Syarat Pengalaman :
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Keahlian :

– Having excellent sales and marketing skill
– Have experience in same field minimal 2 years / Minimum 1 year of working experience in Sales Property or – Property Consultant will be advantage
– Broad knowledge and have a wide network, dynamic, good looking & self-motivated
– Target oriented and attractive personality
– Fluent in English is must, Good communication and presentation skill
– Sales oriented personality, good communication and having wide network
– Willing to be placed in Puri – Tangerang (Metland Cyber City area)
– 4 position available and candidate can join immediately
