External Affairs Department are tasked with promoting the public image of an organization and advancing its financial sustainability. Focus more on fund raising or enhancing public awareness of the organization.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

As an External Affairs & Communications Coordinator, you will:
• Creating and implementing public relations, marketing and/or communications strategies; not only overseeing the design of marketing materials, e.g., brochures and advertising campaigns, but also maintain and enhance websites and other online channels
• Developing fund raising plans; may include organizing fund raising events, direct mail campaigns, corporate donations, and major gifts
• Building and fostering relationships with clients
• Enhancing the organization’s public image and brand through conventional and digital media

Syarat Pengalaman :
Experience in fundraising, marketing, business development, sales or related field
Keahlian :

• Highly developed skills in communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal relations
• Superb organizational skills as well as a dynamic and outgoing personality
• Self-motivated and highly organized, with a careful attention to detail
• Creative, flexible and innovative thinker with excellent multi-tasking skills
• Ability to maintain a high level of poise and professionalism in all circumstances

Kualifikasi :

Female/male 25-40 years of age
Bachelor’s or Master degree in Communication, Public Relation, English, Journalism or other related fields

Willi Toisuta and Associate (WTA) is a company of Indonesian education consultant network, founded by education experts who have commitment in improving and developing the education quality of Indonesian people. This initiative was taken based on the various findings that show the poor performance in the quality of our education despite the increase in the amount of government funding allocated for this sector from year to year. To help Indonesian people catching up in the education field, this field must be handled professionally.

In 2004, WTA officially became a legal entity registered in the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights under the name of PT. Wacana Tata Akademika. WTA is highly regarded Indonesian firm that focuses on assisting the regional government as well as the national government in improving its education system. In daily operation, we continue using The Willi Toisuta and Associates as our brand.

WTA has worked with experts from almost all universities in Indonesia in various projects, both institutional and personal ones.

In institutional capacity, WTA has worked with many local and international education- related experts to carry out a big number of projects from different institutions such as Puslitjaknov (Center for Education Policy and Innovation Research) and PSP (Centre for Education Statistics) of the Ministry of National Education; Education Office of Ambon Municipal Government; Education and Teaching Office of Papua Provincial Government; BRR Nias (Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Agency of Nias); Education Office of Riau Provincial Government; Education Office of East Nusa Tenggara Provincial Government; Education Foundations of GPIB (The Protestant Church in Western Indonesia), GKI Tanah Papua (Evangelical Christian Church in the Land of Papua), and Gereja Kristen Pasundan (Pasundan Christian Church).

WTA has also developed cooperation with a number of International institutions such as Australian Council for Education Research, TAFE Queensland, Cambridge Education, GRM International; Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), Australia; Macquarie University, Sydney; University of Sunshine Coast, Queensland; Fachhochschule Norhausen, Berlin, Jinan University, Guangzhou; Czech University of Life Sciences (CULS), Prague; and the Embassy of The Czech Republic, Jakarta, Indonesia.
