Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.

To be excel in this role, a Digital Marketing Specialist should have strong knowledge and experience with various digital marketing platforms.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

• Assist the team to develop the overall digital marketing strategy
• Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, etc.)
• Maintain and optimize the company’s owned or managed media including websites, mobile apps, email/CRM platforms
• Manage the creation of relevant and engaging digital content for publishing onto various digital platforms.
• Manage various digital marketing campaigns including event promotion, SEO, social media
• Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and customer journey to drive positive customer experiences
• Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans

SKILLS
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Creative and great presentation skill
• Creating online marketing campaigns, including social media postings and eCommerce / email marketing
• Experience with web development, social media, web advertising and graphics
• Maintaining and improving SEO, PPC, Google Ads accounts

KNOWLEDGE
• Media editing software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, Illustrator)
• SEO, PPC, Google Ads
• Social media marketing strategies and campaigning
• Video, doodling software
• Microsoft365 (including Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, Teams and Planner)

Kualifikasi :

• Good command of English (both written and spoken)
• Eye for detail
• Team Player
• Able to perform under deadline pressure
• Comfortable with cloud-based technology
• Experience with web development, social media, web advertising and graphics
