Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

Responsibilities:
• Maintaining, monitoring and developing social media content
• Developing and maintaining social media strategy
• Reporting social media analytics
• Content & Creative Marketing
• Design and make plan for online promotion/campaign through different digital channels, especially GoogleAds and Facebook; Managing company GoogleAds backend
• Optimize Website and Social Media platforms (Youtube, Instagram, etc)
• Planning Digital Marketing Campaigns (SEO, Adwords, Socmed Ads)
• Develop traffic of all digital marketing source
• Increase Company’s Product Image Branding
• Excellent command of the English language, both oral and written
• Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills
• Highly creative and able to communicate ideas visually, verbally, and in writing
• Ability to research social media campaign case studies and social activation ideas
• Knowledge of current social media trends
• Good understanding of the fashion industry and all of its components
• Experience working in a flexible, employee empowering work environment of constant change is a plus
• Goal-oriented, flexible and ability to stay creative and positive under pressure
• Self-starter, with strong ability to initiate projects and see-through to completion.
• Ability to think beyond ‘what happened’ to ‘why it happened’ and ‘what we now do’
• Ability analyzes and research market to make new campaign strategy
• Integrate company sales strategy, platform activities and local festival events to make store promotion plan
• Marketing data analysis, providing the suggestion for marketing optimization
• Coordinating the team to design and provide complete materials for advertisement, promotion and campaign
• Use various promotional tools for online promotion; improve store exposure, clickthrough rate, and conversion rate
• Assist in dealing with local government, industry association and public media
• Produce weekly summaries of key performance indicators, weekly reporting, and insight to accelerate performance
• Identify risk and opportunities for web performance and boost customers shopping experience

Syarat Pengalaman :
• Minimum 2 years of experience in content marketing, and creative marketing
Keahlian :

• Experts on GoogleAds and adwords optimization
• Familiar with software program 3D/2D Adobe CS, Google SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator dll
• Familiar with the operational process and rules of each e-commerce platform
• Familiar with local social media, optimized and good at communiation
• Familiar with webpage or website creating, market network promotion, and data analysis
• Can work under pressure and think out of the box

FERRY SUNARTO saat ini menjabat sebagai Advisory Board, IFC (Indonesia Fashion Chamber).

FERRY SUNARTO juga telah menjadi satu-satunya desainer Indonesia yang diberi kesempatan eksklusif untuk memperagakan rancangan kebayanya di Royal Palace Schloss Bückeburg, Germany, di hadapan prince and princess serta tamu VVIP kerajaan. Akhir Agustus 2016 lalu pun Ferry Sunarto menjadi satu-satunya desainer Indonesia yang mendapatkan kepercayaan untuk show tunggal dan mewakili Indonesia dalam kesempatan eksklusif show tunggal untuk acara Festival Indonesia yang diadakan oleh KBRI untuk Moscow di Hermitage Garden, Moscow. Acara yang didukung penuh oleh Kemenpar Republik Indonesia (Wonderful Indonesia) ini bertujuan untuk mempromosikan karya anak bangsa dan memajukan pariwisata Indonesia. FERRY SUNARTO pun konsisten mengadakan show di tanah air baik show tunggal dan show lainnya dan beliau sering menjadi narasumber fashion di berbagai stasiun televisi dan memberikan workshop baik untuk instansi maupun UKM.
