Our client, a Multi National Company in Jakarta with head office in Europe an international pioneer in the field of safety and medical technology, have protected, supported and saved lives seek to challenge the potentials of a dynamic and committed individuals, for a position : CHANNEL MANAGER

Main Duties:
The Channel Manager drives the organization to reach a profitable sales growth within targeted Key Distributors/Channels. Preserve the existing business within key accounts and generating new business. Create credibility, build strong, lasting client relationships and earn the client’s trust

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

• Establish a strong strategic partnership with SCPs (Sales Channel Partners) and end-users (eg. Hospital key persons), leading to the positioning of Company as the Thought Leader
• Regularly measure performance of SCPs and develop action plans to increase sales revenue
• Regularly monitor the funnel development (Internal & External/SCPs)
• Responsible for building and implementing key account plan (business potential, contact lists, competition, value proposition and action plan)
• Manage to get the right resources to support the key account plan
• Build strong relationships with the decision makers within the key account, create and identify business opportunities
• Engage with internal resources (e.g. Sales Manager, Product Manager, Service Manager) to win product or solution specific opportunities
• Identify and target Channels/Distributors which will provide sales opportunities based on the Company internal procedures
• Understand and communicate industry trends (safety standard, change of regulations, etc.), competitive strategies and product technologies
• Reach sales and profitability targets for each line of business for the targeted large accounts
• Lead complex contract negotiation
• Lead presentations, proposals and plans as necessary
• Detect cross-selling opportunities within total Medical portfolio
• Identify opportunities to work with third-party
• Coordinate with the Team to manage product listing management with LKPP

Syarat Pengalaman :
Minimum 5 (five) years in Sales & Marketing managerial position
Keahlian :

Sales & Marketing
Good Communication
Good Relation with Sales People & Distributor

Kualifikasi :

• Bachelor degree in Sales & Marketing or comparable business experience
• Preferably from the Medical Equipment industry
Minimum 5 (five) years experience in a senior sales position gained in an international company with multiple sales channels and also with P/L responsibility
• Minimum 5 (five) years of B2B customer-facing outside sales experience, selling to distributors/sales of products through the indirect sales channels
• Strong customer orientation in combination with a proven track-record in sales and/or service management
• Good understanding of how to manage distributor relationships to ensure a profitable collaboration
• Fluent in both English (spoken & written)
• Ability to lead a team
