PT. Akulaku is an Internet Company focused on e-commerce and online financial services in Southeast Asian countries. We established our offices in five countries/region, providing localized services to user, including online shopping and installment shopping mall which you can buy every items in installment, and we’re currently hiring for a Business Development. Business Development has purpose to creating long-term value for an organization from customers, markets, and relationships.

Requirement:
• Proven experience as a business development or relevant role
• A minimum of relevant bachelor degree (Business studies/Management/Marketing)
• Should be a strategic thinker and visionary and help in making profitable future business deals
• Good attitude, verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and able to work under pressure
• Fluent in English
• Have ability to handle multiple tasks using management skill
• Have a strong interest in e-commerce companies and start-ups

Job Descriptions:
• Assist the manager in organizing company events and activities
• Communicate product information effectively and follow up closely on new strategies for clients
• Research the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about hiring
• Follow up and evaluation of customer’s requirement
• Work with management team to develop and implement the business plan
• Work with management and team to identify and evaluate market and target clients
• Collaborate with team to achieve better results
• Provide general administrative support to team
