We’re looking for a Business Development Executive who will be a key driver for bringing in new business.
• We are looking for Sales Superhero, Who can sell literally anything, be ready to write emails, make calls, meet people, strike deals, and get rewarded.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
This is what you’ll do:
• Secure new business prospects for the company by prospecting, qualifying and nurturing a lead, followed by proposal preparation and pitching.
• Negotiate with the prospect, follow up respectfully until a sale is closed, and perform a detailed handover to the Project Manager. Your job ends upon each successful payment collection.
• Regulate a healthy sales pipeline of prospects at all times and provide reports on weekly and monthly KPIs.
• Apply effective organization and time management skills to procure quality opportunities and assess weekly conversion rates.
• Manage data for new and prospective clients in the company’s CRM, ensuring all communications are logged and accurate.
• Uphold service standards for pre-sale prospect satisfaction

Compensation will comprise of base salary and sales commission (not included in salary range stated).
