The job of an Agency Sales Manager involves overseeing the development and performance of all sales activities, recruiting staff, directing a sales team, establishing strategic plans to achieve maximum profits, and expanding customer base through extensive marketing and handling excellent customer support.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

– Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls
– Recruiting, screening and training new agents/mitra
– Analyzing sales performance and drawing up action plans
– Establishing strong relationship and cooperation with staff and clients
– To tracking and achieve targeted sales performance
– Obeying agency regulations, guidelines and policies
– Understand local business market to achieve sales target

Syarat Pengalaman :
Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun di General Insurance
Keahlian :

– Preferably experience as sales manager in General Insurance at least 5 years
– Experience in insurance broker also welcome

Kualifikasi :

– Male/Female with age max. 35 years old
– Bachelor’s Degree from reputable University majoring in Marketing
– Energetic with sales oriented result (sales driven)
– Good leadership and people skills
– Great networking of recruiting agents/mitra abilities
– Having AAAIK certificate would be an advantage
– Having combined experience in General and Life Insurance would be an additional advantage
