Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

– Generating new business, pursuing Top Brands for placement & winning every pitch invited.
– Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends, case studies and experience.
– Analyse campaign result VS client expectation, recommend optimized content to increase budget spending.
– Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
– Provide best practices to clients before deal signed.
– Resolves client complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
– Converting client’s budget from other media to TMN.
– Serve as industry expert in OOH.
– Building unbreakable bonds with clients, to ensure long term relationship & avoiding price war.
– Diligently recording all activities through CRM

Syarat Pengalaman :
2-3 years as Account Executive/Sales Executive
Keahlian :

Sales, Presentation, Communication, English

Kualifikasi :

2-3 years sales experience
Media sales background is a plus
Good looking male or female
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
Personal integrity
Performance driven
