JAYSON’S MEATS is in the business to deliver imported meats such as Black Angus, Organic Grass-fed Beef, Marlee Lamb, USA Spare Ribs, fresh Norwegian Salmon, as well as our very own popular smokehouse products such as our Texas style smoked Beef Brisket, smoked boneless Chicken breasts, smoked Lamb chops and of course our top selling cured and cold smoked Norwegian Salmon. All of our in house smoked products are produced under the strict supervision of our Smoke Master and Founder, Mr. Werner Jayson to assure the highest standard of quality, consistency and hygiene. WERNER JAYSON, has over 35 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry, he started his Chef training in Munich, Germany at the age of 15, later moved to New York, N.Y. as Chef and then while living in San Antonio and Austin Texas he learned the art of smoking meats form some of the most recognized smoke Masters in Texas. He understands the business of making Customers happy and loves to teach by giving individual and group cooking classes by appointment only.
