Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

• Welcoming guests on arrival with courtesy and professionalism.
• Register in accordance with established standards and procedures.
• Manage and refine guest check-in requirements as per reservations and actions
• Prepare and archive programs in accordance with established standards and procedures.
Re-reviewing guest folios to make special improvements done correctly.
• Be a frontliner who is ready to serve the guest and solve problems in a timely and professional manner and
recommendations for product improvements, new services to meet the needs of guests.

Syarat Pengalaman :
1 (one) year in hospitality
Keahlian :

• Self-motivated.
• Innovative thinking.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Computer literate with knowledge of Word, Excel, PMS, industry related software desired.
• Must be fluent in English and local language.
• Strong sales skills.

Kualifikasi :

• Man
• Age 20-30 years
• Min Tourism D1 or equivalent
• Attractive appearance
• Must be fluent in English and local language
• Willing to work shift
