Coordinate of all aspect of the department opational to ensure that the service of department are delivered to the guest or internal customer with the aim of exceeding guest expectation and in accordance with ” Brand Name’s Standards and procedures”.

– Be creative in create in the design and implementation of food concept.
– Maintain good relations with all management and employees.
– Ensuring a smooth operational.
– Planning and directing food preparation.
– Managing kitchen staff.
– Training and scheduling.
– Quality control.
Strong leadership and communication abilities, problem solver, Discipline, having capability to ensure of portion of the food are correct and plated in an attractive manner, Familiar with HACCP and certified.
