Dough Lab had humble beginnings and started out of a home kitchen, and very quickly expanding to a fully professional kitchen, creating a delicious spread of chewy delectable hand-crafted cookies using only high quality and natural ingredients. We are looking for :

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

– Serve and records guest/ Go food orders
– Assists the cooks in the preparation of ingredients needed
– Make the dough according to standard procedures
– Actively in charge to open/ close the kitchen and ensures that all food safety and consistency issues are being control
– Help clean and sanitize cooking areas and utensils
– Store ingredients and tools in accordance with food safety regulations
– Remove and sanitize trash from the trash cans.

Syarat Pengalaman :
ada pengalaman di bidang pastry shops/hotel/restoran – baik training maupun full time.
Keahlian :

– At least 1 year (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
– Willing to work shifting and Weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
– Highly commited, outgoing, energetic, and most importantly POSITIVE attitude

Kualifikasi :

Candidate must possess at least SMU in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent
– Required Languange (s) : Bahasa Indonesia, English

Insentif :

Uang lembur
