PT Indo Servis Produkt A large chain of low-price Supermarket is recruiting for the position of Store Development Manager
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
• Conduct site searching and assessment for potential supermarket locations in Bekasi, Depok, and Bogor areas
• Negotiate lease terms and agreements with property owners or agents
• Prepare and deliver facility presentation materials for internal review and approval
• Coordinate and manage contractual processes with landlords and legal teams
• Launching a store.
Keahlian :
• Understanding of the basic requirements and the ability to organize construction/engineering work at the facility.
• Knowledge of the requirements of government organizations for the opening of a Supermarket, obtaining the necessary licenses.
• Knowledge of English is required.
• Availability of personal transport.

Kualifikasi :
• Minimum Diploma Degree
• Have an experienced at least 1 years in the same field
