• Design event concepts and strategies aligned with marketing goals
• Guide clients through the entire event process (pre, during, post-event)
• Create professional event proposals and presentations
• Develop sales strategies for booth spaces and sponsorships
• Identify and approach potential clients for booth/sponsorship participation
• Negotiate and close sales deals with prospects
• Manage marketing-related administrative tasks
• Assign booth and sponsorship slots based on event layout
• Prepare post-event marketing reports and evaluate event performance

• Skilled in developing effective sales strategies
• Having a sponsor/exhibitor database is a strong plus
• Proficient in tools like Ms Office (word, excel, powerpoint) and Google Workspace tools (docs, slides, sheets, gdrive, gmail, gmeet, calendar)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in event marketing or sponsorship
• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Marketing Communication, Management, MICE, or a related field
• Placement: Grogol, West Jakarta (Onsite)

Salary Range : Competitive base salary 2.5jt + Commission based on sponsorship/exhibitor sales performance.
