Technical Sales Engineer

Join PT Calistacitra Lestari as a full-time Technical Sales Engineer based in West Jakarta, Jakarta. In this crucial customer-facing role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance to drive sales of the company's innovative products and solutions. Leveraging your strong technical background and excellent communication skills, you will play a pivotal part in expanding the company's customer base and ensuring client satisfaction.

1. Engage with potential customers to understand their technical requirements and pain points
2. Provide in-depth product demonstrations and technical support to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
3. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client
4. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and proactively identify opportunities for additional sales
5. Attend industry events and stay updated on market trends to identify new business opportunities
6. Contribute to the development of sales strategies and provide feedback to improve product offerings
7. Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed sales record

1. Good understanding, communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with media, KOLs and vendors
2. Customer-facing role, preferably within the manufacturing or engineering industry (Fresh Graduate are welcome)
3. Strong understanding of technical products and the ability to translate complex information into easy-to-understand terms
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers at all levels
5. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities

1. Minimum S1 in Mechanical Engineering
2. Minimum 1-2 years experience in Desiccant Dryer will be advantage
3. Entry levels are also welcome to apply
4. A and C driver's license
5. Minimum 2 years experience in a related field knows about engineering
