a. Observing, supervising and monitoring all subordinates daily activities in order to work effective and efficient.
b. Monitoring and analyzing Key Performance Index and Marketing Team objective daily.
c. Conducting product presentation to potential customer.
d. Visiting to customer periodically.
e. Ensuring training career program for subordinate.
f. Making additional training program for subordinate.
g. Mentoring and coaching all the subordinates directly.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
a. Responsible for achieving all customer accounts by creating annual business plan.
b. Meeting & evaluating with Marketing Team and Head of Group Business to report a progress and result.
c. Meeting & evaluating periodical activities.
d. Working together with other Head Divisions to share problem & solution.
Keahlian :
a. Negotiating special condition to potential customer.
b. Analyzing a new market opportunities.
