Lowongan Kerja Marketing Manager

PT Bandung Indah Gemilang is a company as garment manufacturing, especially producing the largest Bed Sheet Set & Bed Cover in Indonesia. We are currently looking for the position of Marketing Manager.

– Responsible for developing & implementing marketing strategies & plans based on business development strategy in order to maximize performance on market share, volume & profit in the most effective & efficient way. (includes : traditional market, modern market & online market)
– Responsible for initiating & developing new marketing campaigns (B to B or B to C)
– Identify & build business opportunities for strategic markets throughout Indonesia area.
– Make & execute a marketing plan for each promotion & sale, including negotiating product, price, merchandise & promotion. And most importantly, making sure that the plan is implemented.
– Make & execute the action plan to ensure the product sell out is increased significantly, in order to boost the sales achievement.
– Manage all marketing tools & assets (both physical & digital) spread in all areas, to maintain the brand image & positioning in the market
– Build & maintain good business relations with customers and future customers

– Good communication skill
– Excellent negotiation skill
– Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel/Word/Power Point)

– Age max. 35 years old
– Bachelor degree from any major (Marketing major or Management business major is preferred).
– Minimum 3 years experience in similar position
– Job based in Bandung
– Willing to travel all around Indonesia

Ability Requirements:
– Strong understanding of customer’s insight for B to B and B to C
– Strong network & customers database
– Able to manage effectively department budget (Promotion, business trip, expenses)
– Good communication skill, and able to work independently as well as a good team player
– Excellent negotiation skill in making good deals
– Solution oriented
