Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Track key performance metrics such as installs, conversion rates, CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), and user retention.
Continuously improve campaign performance to drive ROI and business growth.
Implement OKR (Objectives & Key Results) and PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) methodologies for project and performance management.
Set up and manage Google Tag Manager accounts and configure properties in Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
Build and maintain project schedules, monitor campaign progress, and generate performance reports.
Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in digital marketing and advertising platforms.
Keahlian :
Proficient in digital advertising platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok Ads.
Strong analytical skills in interpreting ad performance data (e.g., installs, CTR, ROAS, CAC).
Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.
Ability to create structured performance reports and detailed project timelines.
Familiarity with funnel marketing concepts, campaign structuring, and A/B testing.
Detail-oriented with the ability to perform daily campaign optimizations.
Strong teamwork and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
Kualifikasi :
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in digital advertising, either at an agency or in-house.
