Our company that focuses on providing one-stop services for Certification and Registration of Construction Services Companies is currently looking for staff as Customer Services Representatives.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

Job Duties

• Handle all incoming call
• Handle customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer account through open and interactive communication
• Assist administrative operational needs
• Preparing daily report of customers complains and follow up
• Responsible for daily of secretarial job
• Meeting rooms arrangement

Syarat Pengalaman :
Pengalaman sebagai CS/Sales/Marketing/Receptionisatau yang berkaitan dengan pelayanan pelanggan
Keahlian :

1. Good communication and presentation skills
2. Responsible and independent
3. Excellent in English skills in verbal and written
4. Good writing skills
5. Able to operate computer program Ms. Office

Kualifikasi :

1. Female and good looking
2. Age between 22 – 35 years old
3. Min education “SLTA, D3 or S1
4. Creative and pro-active
