Cekindo Business International is looking for Branch Manager position, for one of our clients ( Management Consulting Company) Replacement in Semarang.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

Role and Responsibilities:

Responsible to monitoring and controlling activities in the branch, including sales, operation, finance and administration activities
Review analyses of activities, costs, operations and forecast data to determine branch progress toward stated goals and objectives
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Monitoring and evaluating the achievement of sales targets
Maintaining an excellent relationship with existing and potential customers
To oversee, implement and monitor team sales activities according to the assigned accounts and market coverage
Organize and execute sales & marketing activities, including monitoring competitor activities, market research, promotion, etc.
Do other duties as assigned
Manage & develop the strong branch operation process
Doing coordination with Head Office on day to day sales, operation, finance and administration approval
Branch growth planning & forecasting
Prepare the strategy to market development.
Coordinate, monitor and evaluate the human resources performance

Syarat Pengalaman :
Have minimum 3 years job experience in the same position
Keahlian :

Presentation skills, consultative sales skill, strategic skills

Kualifikasi :

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

Min. bachelor degree (preferred in management, business, or Law)
Experienced in Management Consulting company is A MUST
Experienced in foreign client is A MUST
Pleasant personality
Good looking, age between 30– 40 years old
Have minimum 3 years job experience in the same position
Good communication and presentation skills
Can work independently or with team
Excellent English (fluent in both verbal and written)
Can Speak Mandarin is an advantage
Consultative sales skills, listening and communication skills
Ability to communicate, present in front of team and company
Ability to motivate other team members and support their daily work
Strategic skills
Can Join ASAP
