Job Description :
1. Planning and coordinating all installations and refurbishments
2. Managing the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety
standards
3. Inspecting building’s structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations
4. Preparing documents to put out tenders for contractors
5. Project management and supervising and coordinating the work of contractors
6. Calculating and comparing costs for required goods or services to achieve maximum value for money
7. Planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives
8. Managing and leading change to ensure minimum disruption to core activities
9. Planning best allocation and utilisation of space and resources for new buildings, or re-organising current premises

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

1. Checking that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and following up on any deficiencies
2. Coordinating and leading one or more teams to cover various areas of responsibility

Syarat Pengalaman :
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Keahlian :

Having good project management and communication skill

Kualifikasi :

1. Max 27 years old
2. Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Electro Engineering/Civil Engineering field with GPA min 3.00
3. At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
