Clinic Manager

PT AIS MEDIKA ASIA hiring an Clinic Manager. Handling Operational of Clinic and responsible clinic run well in all area of services.
Enggaging with goverment Office such as Sudinkes, OSS, PTSP, Puskesmas & Hospital in area, Kemenkes, BATAN, BPAFK, AMDAL etc, regarding to complete Clinic permitt.
Making internal regulation for employee including work schedule, workflow, SOP. Achieving clinic's target.

Involved in clinical license management.
Recruitting clinic staff (medis & non medis) & doctors and make work aggrement.
Making internal regulation for employee including work schedule, workflow, SOP.
Organize the schedule of employee's shift.
Connect with insurance parties, vendors, corporate client.
Handling aggrement document with 3rd party.
Approving purchasing order.
Handling Customer's Complaint.
Mantain Clinic Environment
Make a report to Clinic's Director

Have a work experience in handling Clinic Management.
Have an ability to managing people
Fluen in spoken & written English
Able to do presentation and create power point
Has an ability to make proper paper work

Graduated from medical, dental, public health or nursing faculty.
Experience min 3 years in management Clinic
Will be beneficial if candidat have certificate of managerial.

Senin s/d Sabtu jam 09.00 - 16.00
