Operational Manager

- Oversee daily operations of the clinic to ensure efficiency and high patient satisfaction
- Manage and develop clinic staff
- Monitor clinic performance, operational KPIs, and reporting
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and internal SOPs
-Support strategic growth and service quality improvements

- Proficient in operational SOP development, team coordination, and customer service excellence
- Familiar with financial monitoring (budgeting, cost control) and clinic compliance

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Management, Hospitality, or related fields)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare, clinic, beauty, service industry operations, or hospitality
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Passionate about healthcare and patient experience
