One of DEOS Group Subsidiaries need Senior Project Manager who will be located at South Jakarta (DEOS Group Head Office)

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

Responsibilities:
A. Project Implementation
1. Prepare project plan which include kick off presentation, project WBS and project timeline.
2. Execute and control project implementation to ensure deliverables as project plan / scope of services.
3. Conduct and provide weekly project progress report.
4. Prepare and sign off Go Live letter of acknowledgement.

B. Project Maintenance
1. Manage change request or issue from the client.
2. Provide project report to client which include weekly update change request and issue log, monthly SLA Report, handover recording and database if required.
3. Control and manage project billing during contract period.
4. Manage local and regional clients (more than 5 clients)
5. Manage inbound and outbound call centers
6. Manage 24 hours call centers (on call support)

Syarat Pengalaman :
Experience in IT project management at least 3 years
Keahlian :

1. Good communication skills in written and verbal (Indonesia and English).
2. Good analytical and problem solving skills.

Kualifikasi :

1. Bachelor degree in Information System, Information Technology
2. Minimum bachelor degree from information and technology background

Waktu Bekerja :
9.00 – 18.00, Monday – Friday
