Lowongan Kerja Social Media Specialist
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Social Media Specialist to join our creative team. You will be responsible for creating social media campaigns and the day-to-day management of the company’s social media properties. Your passion for social media as a communications tool will result in the adoption and implementation of social media best practices across all social media channels.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, a versatile creative writer, and a team player. You will be an active participant in data collection and analyses in order to consistently improve the company’s social media practices over time and you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
1.Build and execute social media strategy through research, benchmarking, and audience identification that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
2. Creating consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
3. Managing a high volume of daily social media posts and communicating with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
4. Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
5. Collaborate with other team to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach.
6. Create and implement social media marketing plan, editorial calendar, and scheduling.
7. Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications.
Syarat Pengalaman :
Adequate knowledge of web design, social media trends, and Miscrosoft Office.
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree,Communications, Marketing, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Journalism or equivalent.
2. Min 1 year of proven working experience & understanding of social media platforms & respective participants.
3. Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
4. Have a good understanding of social media, including the social media trends and developments.
5. Understanding of social media metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of social media campaigns.
6. An “Out Of The Box” Thinker and have a growth mindset.
7. Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multi tasking and organizational ability.
8. Fast learner and able to work both in a team & independently.
9. Time management skills and ability to self-motivate.
10. Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels.
