Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

Account Management
– Responsible for working with channel or retail partners,
– Build great relationship with client
– Get used to working in fast-paced working environment, especially with computer networking industry.
– Manage daily update from client (product management, event, etc) and make a report about the daily activity /issues
– Proactive and creative in provide any solution to solve incoming issues.
– Manage through strong discipline around business reviews and sales forecasting
– Collaborate with pricing, marketing, product management to facilitate new programs, offering and initiatives to drive retail partners success.
– Ad-hoc task assigned from time to time

Keahlian :

Account Management
– Wide network or connection with e-commerce industries
– Ideally able to start in short notice
– Self motivated and has the drive for success
– Customer service skills
– Familiar with any kind of IT platform
– Content writing
– Good in Ms. Office

Kualifikasi :

Male / Female
20 years upwards
Having a passion to achieve the customer satisfaction
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English both of spoken and written
Hard worker and proactive person

Waktu Bekerja :
9.00 – 18.00, Monday – Friday
