Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

• receive and promptly respond to user queries;
• document user queries and resolutions;
• improve knowledge about company products and services;
• suggest solutions based on users feedback;
• work late night shifts

Syarat Pengalaman :
Min 1 year experience in the same field
Keahlian :

• computer literacy is a must;
• fluency in English language (very good/advanced);

Kualifikasi :

• strong interpersonal skills;
• ability to solve problems;
• good organization skills;
• positive attitude;
