Project Manager has the responsibility to bring a project to a successful conclusion, on time, within the budget and ensure the client satisfaction. He/She have to conform to the telkomsigma Quality Standard in activities performed and in deliverables terms. He/she has to ensure that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

To develop the detail project plan
To develop the Quality Plan and Data and Configuration Management Plan
To allocate the resources
To conduct Kickoff meeting
To review Software Requirement Specification
To review the developed test scenario
To review make/buy/reuse analysis done by SSR Leader and Software Designer
To track and monitor all the review activities
To track and monitor release and UAT activities
To track and monitor Implementation activities
To apply, control and monitor the implementation of standard processes and take corrective/preventive action for nonconformity
To define project deliverables and identify team milestones
To ensure timely project delivery and completeness of deliverables
To constantly monitor the progress of project against the plan and taking necessary corrective action
To be proficient in risk management
To submit weekly progress status to Project Owner and lead the weekly progress review meeting
Monitor project Financials, contract

Syarat Pengalaman :
Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun dalam bidang IT Project Management
Keahlian :

Bachelor degree from recognized university
Min. 2 years’ experience in IT Project as a Project Manager
Knowledge and skill in newest software development or infrastructure implementation methodology
Knowledge in business process
PMP Certification will be advantage

Kualifikasi :

Logical thinking

People management skill
Good interpersonal skill, independent, quick learner, team work
Self motivated, hardworking and able to work under pressure
