We are an Emerging Telco wholesale company that looking for a candidate that initiative, “can do attitude” and “out of the box” thinking to creatively solve important software and hardware issues within the company.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide support
2. IT asset management and monitoring
3. Conduct hardware, software and network troubleshooting ( CCTV, PC, Notebook, Attendance appliances, Spreadsheet software, etc… )
4. Assist end users on system usage and performance issues
5. Provide root cause analysis and manage the incident through to resolution

Syarat Pengalaman :
Minimum 2 years experience on IT Support
Keahlian :

1. Having knowledge of Networking Troubleshooting experience is advantageous but not a must
2. Basic English
3. Trading application or financial application support experience is a must
4. Ability to learn new skills quickly with little supervision
