1. Helpdesk dapat memberikan solusi atas pertanyaan – pertanyaan dalam kurun waktu singkat.
2. Helpdesk dapat mengecek permasalahan yang ada dan mengatur pembagian staff.
3. Helpdesk dapat meningkatkan efisiensi perusahaan dalam menangani pertanyaan dan keluhan pelanggan.
4. Helpdesk dapat memberi laporan kerja perkembangan kinerja para staff dan pimpinan.
5. Helpdesk dapat menangani pertanyaan dan keluhan yang sejenis karena pertanyaan dan keluhan dicatat.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

1. Mencatat, menyampaikan dan menangani permasalahan (sesuai flowchart)
2. Membuat Pelaporan/Rekapitulasi penyelesaian permasalahan
3. Menangani account pengguna

Syarat Pengalaman :
Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun dibidang Helpdesk
Keahlian :

1. Mampu mengoperasikan komputer (microsoft word, excel, Internet)
2. Memahami dasar telekomunikasi bagus dalam komunikasi dan administrasi
3. Memiliki sikap yang baik

Kualifikasi :

1. Wanita, usia max 27 tahun
2. Pendidikan min D3
3. Pengalaman dibidang yang sama menjadi nilai tambah
