We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our team. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various areas of HR, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives, including planning and organising employee events, developing and distributing employee communications, and conducting employee surveys.
Support the performance management process by assisting with goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
Assist with HR compliance activities, including maintaining employee files, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and preparing reports as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Keahlian :
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Kualifikasi :
Currently pursuing or completed bachelor’s degree (Preferably in HR, management or related field)
