We are looking for HR Executives for our Indonesia office in Jakarta, to help support our daily HR management & activities for both our company & for our clients.

Our budget will be USD 300 – 350 per month for the salary (negotiable).

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

-Assist in Payroll
-Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
-Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as BPJS Contribution, leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problem
-Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
-Maintain employee files and records
-Assist in employees’ insurance matters including submission of insurance claim etc.
-Administer all employees’ time card and medical claims record, maintaining and ensuring all employees’ leave and medical claim records are accurate.
-Process overtime and staff claims.
-Assist in recruitment processes and arranging for interviews.
-Assist in the identification, selection, coordination and execution of all training and development activities.
-Assist in organizing company functions and staff welfare-related activities.
-Update & maintain HR records and filing of HR related documents.
-Assist in exit clearance procedures for resigned staff.
-Administer compensation and benefit plans

Syarat Pengalaman :
At least 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally in the HR department
Keahlian :

• should have good understanding with rules and regulations of Government Bodies like MOM and BPJS .
• Minimum qualification of Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
• Preference will be given to those who have prior experience HR and office administration.
• Good computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fast learner and able to handle stress to take on more workload.
• Matured with good and positive work attitude.
• Shown good previous employment records.

Kualifikasi :

– Male/Female, with max. 35 age
– Live in Jakarta Barat

Tunjangan :

– Basic Salary

– Hari Raya allowances (THR)

Waktu Bekerja :
Monday – Friday , 9 AM – 6 PM
