1. Responsible for recruitment and selection process and maintain the result
2. Responsible for manpower planning report
3. Responsible for success profile and success rate
4. Responsible for talent management and talent pool psychology test and interest analysis
5. Responsible for expatriate formalities coordinate with employees benefit staff
6. Responsible for giving analysis of potential behavior based on the result test
7. Responsible for employees candidates and recruitment data banks
8. Responsible for budgeting in Recruitment and Expatriate formalities

Syarat Pengalaman :
Minimum Experiences 3-5 years in recruitment and selection
Keahlian :

1. Psychology test tools and analysis
2. DISC test tools and analysis
3. Familiar with expatriate documents and process
4. Filing and documents storage
5. Good in excel and presentation report
6. Familiar with talent management tools

Kualifikasi :

1. Male or Female with maximum age 29 years old
2. Bachelor degree in Psychology from reputable university
3. Adaptable to rapid changes in organization
4. Willing to learn more about expatriate formalities
5. Response into details and accurate information

Waktu Bekerja :
Monday – Friday, 08.00 – 17.00
