Kualifikasi :

Requirements:

– Female, max 30 years old
– S1 preferably Psychology / Human Resource Management, GPA> 3.0
– Work experience at least 4 years in the human resources department, preferably in retail business (more like -that can be speaking mandarin)
– Ability to perform the selection of employees (through recruitment process), handles personell administration, conduct performance evaluation and employee development
– Mastering the Labor Law
– Active, independent, high mobile, initiative, good communication skills to coordinate across departments, and strong leadershipExcellent administration, attention to detail, having management skill,good in intrapersonal and interpersonal skills and working in team, problem solver
– Willing to travel outside of the office (if needed)
– Placement at Daan Mogot, Kalideres. Jakbar
