Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
What will you be doing?
Support daily administrative service to ensure Jakarta offices’ operation run professionally, efficiently and reliably;
Provide administration service to employees and visitors, including but not limited to temporary residence permit, work permit, visa application, invitation letter, accommodation logistics and related issues;
Assist on new hire onboarding and employee exit;
Support on HR & Admin projects and activities (staff retreat, training, campus recruiting, office renovation etc.) as well as business meetings;
Handle switchboard, receiving and transferring phone calls and transmitting messages in a professional manner;
Receive and direct visitors cordially;
Update employees’ contact information as well as their daily activities;
Distribute incoming mails, faxes, newspapers and magazines;
Book taxi, air-ticket and hotel when required;
Format and prepare documents;
Do extra assignment as instructed.
Syarat Pengalaman :
What do we require from you?
Bachelor degree or above;
Minimum 2 years HR and/or admin experience in MNC;
Good written and oral English, can speak Mandarin is a plus;
Demonstrated skills with PCs and MS Office Appliances (i.e., Word, Excel,) as well as internet knowledge;
Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality;
Strong organizational, time management, coordination and problem solving skills;
Proactive, hard-working, results-oriented and a good team player;
Able to work under pressure.
