– Maintain HR database & Payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data of clients in the system
– Develop and implement the latest information in HR System
– Build strong relationship with the clients and keep them update about teh latest information

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

Syarat Pengalaman :
Minimum 2 years working experience in Payroll or Compensation & Benefit
Keahlian :

– Having good knowledge of Labor Law, Income Tax and Social Bnefit (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan) in Indonesia
– Having and analytical thinking, numerical sensitive and detail oriented
– Well groomig, good communication, problem solving and presentation skill
– Computer literate and proficiency in English is a must
– Able to work under, presure with minimum supervision
– Good attitude, Commit to work and good team player
– Having motivation to learn and discipline
– Achieve customers satisfaction is a must
– Having experience in Consultant Firm will be an advantage

Kualifikasi :

– Candidate must prosess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Economics, or equivalent
– Age 25-30 years old
