(1 ) Active coaching and training of team members with regards to creating an efficient team
which achieves result in conformity with Ahlers values and strategy.
a. Provide adequate and fair division of tasks and back up in team
b. Conduct performance appraisal/evaluation interviews
c. Detect training requirements in team and notify HR
d. Provide a good team spirit , handle conflict
e. Actively implement Ahlers’ value
f. Organize tasks and processes
(2) Implementation and optimization of the Company processes.
a. Ongoing evaluation of the existing Company processes/know-how with regards to the
professional field of HR , with a view to its optimization, documentation,implementation
and follow up.
b. Defining and implementing new project-based Company processes , carry out studies
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
Focus is on Job Management , Cempetency Management , Performance Management , Recruitment and selection , Job Rotations , Career Support , Training , Reporting , Compensation & Benefits , Dialogue with employee representatives.
a. Job Management : Keeping up-to date of Organigrams , Job Descriptions , employment policies & Contract , Information on employment regimes, etc.
b. Competence Management : Keep Competency profiles up-to-date , Make information regarding readily available.
c. Performamce Management : Organizing and follow-up of assessment / yearly evaluation
d. Recruitment and Selection : improve image on the job market , choosing the appropriate recruitment channels , monitoring applications , conducting job interviews and applying other selection methods where necessary .
e. Job rotations and career guidance : Supervising internal applications and vacancies.
f. Training : preparing needs analysis training & education , Finding suitable programs , monitoring completed training.
g. Compensation & Benefit : Follow up of salary strategy regarding salaries and additional benefits , preparing budgets.
(4) Advising and Supporting Management in Staff policies to be implemented.
a. Support of possible HR problems.
b. Keep update regulations effectiveness and government decrees.
c. Maintain and keep good relationship to the Relevant Government Institutions and

Fluent English Written and Spoken
Good Communication and negotiation skill
Attention to detail , Self Starter , Living in Semarang area.
